    Most women notice improvements in energy, cravings, digestion, sleep, and confidence first. Weight loss tends to follow as their body feels more regulated and supported.


    If you’re willing to learn, experiment gently, and apply what you’re learning, this approach works because it’s built around your biology, not against it.

  • What do I have to give up?

    You don’t have to give up entire food groups, count calories, eliminate carbs, or live in the gym!

    This is not a diet. It’s a 6-week foundational course focused on helping you understand your biology, stabilize your systems, and build habits that actually last.


    It’s possible to lose weight during the program. But what most women notice first are improvements in energy, sleep, digestion, clarity, and consistency. Those changes matter because they create the environment where sustainable weight loss becomes possible.


    Most evidence-based guidelines suggest that sustainable weight loss averages about 0.5 to 1 pound per week, depending on your starting point, consistency, and individual biology.


    This program is about building the foundation so weight loss stops feeling like a cycle of starting over and starts becoming steady and sustainable.


    We are teaching more than just weight loss. We are teaching how to care for your body in a way you can maintain for life.

  • What if I’m on a weight loss medication? Will this work for me?

    Yes.


    The BioType™ Program focuses on the foundational habits that support long-term health like nutrition, muscle-building movement, sleep, stress regulation, and understanding your hormonal patterns. Those skills are valuable whether you’re taking a medication or not.


    Weight loss medications can reduce appetite, but they don’t teach you how to nourish your body, build sustainable habits, or support your metabolism over time.   • Will I need to take supplements to see results?

    Supplements in the BioType™ approach are designed to support specific biological patterns like blood sugar balance, stress response, or hormone shifts. They can be helpful tools while you’re working on improving those systems.


    But supplements are not the foundation.

  • I’m really busy. How much time does the program take each week?

  • I don’t understand why I was assigned my BioType™?

    That’s a great question.


    The BioType™ Quiz is short, but it’s designed to identify patterns across the main biological systems that most commonly influence weight gain. Things like blood sugar regulation, stress response, hormone shifts, sleep, thyroid function, and metabolic efficiency.


    Most women don’t have just one factor involved. There are usually several at play. Your assigned BioType™ simply highlights the area that appears to be the biggest lever for you to focus on first.


    It doesn’t mean the other systems don’t matter. They do. That’s why the Foundations program teaches you how all of them work together.


    As your body changes and improves, your primary driver may shift. That’s normal. You can retake the quiz over time if you’d like, but more importantly, you’ll learn how to observe your own patterns and adjust accordingly.


    The BioType™ is a starting point, not a label.


    The real power comes from understanding your biology and knowing how to respond to it.
