FINE-TUNING YOUR ADAPTISOL® PROTOCOL

A small percentage of women need to adjust their Adaptisol protocol. Here’s what to do if you are one of them:

  • If you are generally sensitive to supplements or experience digestive issues, start with one capsule after a meal twice daily for one week, and then gradually increase to the recommended protocol.
  • If at the time you have planned to take Adaptisol you are feeling “wired” or anxious, or you are experiencing surges of energy, it is likely that your cortisol level is high. We suggest that you adjust your protocol to take your next Adaptisol when your cortisol level has dropped and you feel calmer and less anxious.
  • Return to taking your Adaptisol at the regularly scheduled time when you are able.

Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if:

  • You are taking any medication or have any medical conditions.
